TAIL DOCKING & DEWCLAWSAll of our Rottweiler puppies will have their tails docked and dewclaws removed; (if dewclaws are deemed to be a nuisance to it as an adult dog).
ARE YOUR DOGS HEALTH TESTED?The health of our dogs and puppies is extremely important to us! Our breeding dogs are thoroughly health tested through Orivet / PawPrint Genetics as well as JLPP cleared.
They are also OFA tested at 2 years of age.
Results are available upon request.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?We are located on an acreage in Rosedale, British Columbia, Canada. WHAT WILL MY PUPPY COME WITH?Each puppy will go home with it’s health records (vaccination and deworming records), a blanket that smells like mom/siblings, a few goodies, a signed Bill of Sale and it's individual CKC registration paperwork. Each puppy will also be microchipped. They will be vaccinated for Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Distemper at 7 weeks of age and receive 4 doses of deworming. They will also have a thorough full body exam (eyes, ears, heart, oral, hips and joints) performed by our Veterinarian. Your puppy will also be sent home with 30 days of immediate FREE coverage from Trupanion. This is a gateway to continuing your pet insurance through this amazing company if so desired.Our puppies will be ready to go to their new forever homes at 8 weeks of age. HOW ARE YOUR PUPPIES RAISED?Our puppies are raised as a huge part of our busy, dog-loving human family. Being a more recent stay-at-home mom with years of Veterinary Clinic experience, we make sure our puppies are raised with the best knowledge; in a healthy, well kept environment and with necessary stimulation to ensure they become healthy, well balanced and loving family companions. WOULD YOU HOLD OUR PUPPY LONGER FOR US IF WE CAN’T PICK UP ON SCHEDULED PICK-UP DATES?We are sometimes willing to hold your puppy for an extra amount of time after 8 weeks of age if discussed in advance. This would be at an additional fee. DO YOU SHIP PUPPIES? We no longer ship our puppies, however we do deliver to either Abbotsford or Vancouver Airport to meet you and hand over your puppy there. We do have a delivery fee.
ARE YOUR DOGS REGISTERED? All of our Rottweilers are CKC registered. BREEDING RIGHTSEach puppy will be sold on a strict Non-Breeding Contract. Breeding rights may be available if discussed; and at additional pricing.

DO YOU SELL ADULT/RETIRED DOGS?We usually do not have adult dogs available for sale. However, we do have a Guardian Program where you can own one of our Rottweilers from our breeding program. For more information see our Guardian Program Page or email us directly!
