What to expect
WAITLISTIt is never too early to get on our waitlist if you are interested in one of our puppies!
In order to be placed on our waitlist, all we require is a submitted Puppy Application Form which is available on our website. Once this has been submitted and approved, you will automatically be placed on our waitlist. You will receive an email from us within the next 48 hours, welcoming you and answering any questions you might have.
Being on the waitlist means you will be notified of any breeding, pregnancy or puppy updates as well as getting first availability on new puppies!
Once our puppies have been born, we notify everyone on our waitlist of their arrival and start accepting deposits. We require confirmation of interest within 24 hours of our message. If we do not hear back from you within that time frame, we will offer your spot to the next family on our waitlist. Once you have paid the deposit, you will receive a receipt for your payment which means you will have officially reserved one of our Rottweiler puppies. PUPPY DEPOSITTo secure a puppy from one of our litters, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This is to be paid AFTER our puppies have been born to ensure we have a puppy available for you of your gender preference. Your deposit will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy.
VISITINGWe accept visitors once our puppies are born to see them from a distance; to meet us and our dogs in person and to pay the deposit. After this visit, we don’t allow visitors until the pups have reached 6 weeks of age. Our dogs are a part of our own busy & growing human family, so because of this we do not have the time for everybody to stay and play with the puppies too many times unfortunately. However, we do send out weekly pictures and videos of them!
PUPPY PLACEMENT In order to ensure each family brings home the most suitable puppy for their specific household and lifestyle, we are no longer offering puppy choosing, but rather puppy PLACEMENT instead. Being a stay at home mom and spending long hours raising and being in tune with each individual puppy from day 1 to 8 weeks of age, we get to know each little personality, activity level, confidence level, status in the pack, size and the ins and outs of each flourishing temperament. Therefore we find it most appropriate to select a best suited puppy for you after getting to know you and your expectations in a forever companion. * This also avoids the disappointment of someone getting the 'last' puppy - when that 'last' puppy might not be the best fit for that family. * There may be cases when a few puppies will be great options for your family, and in that scenario we will allow puppy choosing from those specific puppies.
PUPPY PICK-UPWe plan and confirm your puppy pick-up date when the puppies are around 5 weeks old. Pick-up days are anytime during the week or the nearest Saturday once the puppies have reached 8 weeks of age. You are required to pick up your puppy before the end date assigned for their litter. We do offer some flexibility, but this must be discussed prior to pickup week. Final payment is due on puppy pick up day.
WHAT WILL MY PUPPY COME WITH?Each puppy will go home with it’s health records (vaccination and deworming records), a blanket that smells like mom/siblings, a few goodies, a signed Bill of Sale and it's individual CKC registration paperwork. Each puppy will also be microchipped.They will be vaccinated for Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Distemper at 7 weeks of age and receive 4 doses of deworming. They will also have a thorough full body exam (eyes, ears, heart, oral, hips and joints) performed by our Veterinarian. Your puppy will also be sent home with 30 days of immediate FREE coverage from Trupanion. This is a gateway to continuing your pet insurance through this amazing company if so desired.Our puppies will be ready to go to their new forever homes at 8 weeks of age. BREEDING RIGHTSEach puppy will be sold on a strict Non-Breeding Contract. Breeding rights may be available if discussed; and at additional pricing.
